Cartier Pre Basculante from the 1920s in 18kt

Measuring  16 x 40 mm, this Cartier Dress Watch is from the 1920's.  Though there is no formal name for this model, it is very obvious of its resemblance to its future cousin The Basculante. Comes with an original Cartier signed Deployant.
